Most people think BDSM requires gear. A specific wardrobe. Props. The right equipment. Swen Brandy disagrees, and he can prove it.

Brandy is a visual artist and kink educator who has spent years developing play formats that strip the scene down to its essentials: imagination, presence, and a willingness to break your own patterns. His workshop Creativity in Play isn't about learning a fixed technique. It's about learning to think differently, and then act on it.

The premise is simple. Show up with five things from your living room and five from your kitchen. That's your toolkit. What you do with it is the whole point.

Over the course of the evening, couples and play partners work through tension-building, scene entry, and the art of reading, and surprising, each other. Short demos, mini-scenarios, and direct hands-on time. No audience pressure, no performance expectations

"How do I even begin?" is the question Brandy hears most. It's the question this workshop is built around. Because the block isn't usually desire, it's the absence of a starting point. Brandy gives you several.

He's known in Berlin's kink community for his deliberately unconventional formats, from Emotional Project at Xplore to bathroom parties and glass table setups that push the edges of what a scene can look like. His approach blends artistic thinking with lived BDSM dynamics. The result is a workshop that feels less like a class and more like an invitation to play differently with someone you already know.

This workshop is for couples who feel stuck, curious, or simply ready to bring something new into their dynamic. No previous experience required. Just openness, your partner, and whatever you grabbed off the counter.
